The System Builder
Enrico doesn't just coach windsurfing. He decoded it.
Born in Volosko, Croatia — a tiny fishing village with 250+ windy days a year. He watched windsurfers from his family terrace as a kid and decided this would be his life. First on a board at age 8. First national championship by 2008. By 2011, ranked #1 in the world.

The Method
In 2016, Enrico started working weekly with a sports psychologist, breaking down every aspect of his own technique into written focus points — short, precise reminders that guide what you do on the water. Over six years, those sessions turned into three coaching books. 400 focus points. 1,000+ photos. A complete structured system covering fin windsurfing, wingfoiling, and foil windsurfing.
Coaching
Founded the Marotti Windsurfing Center with his wife Nika in 2019. What started with three school boards and a trailer has grown into a community of 200+ sailors hitting the water at sunrise every morning. Runs slalom and foil clinics that sell out season after season.
